Caressing Self-Love Before Others



Love is a feeling that everyone has. Sometimes it is giving butterfly in stomach but sometimes it hurt like a thorn. Loving somebody else is a normal thing to happened especially teenagers but this feeling can turn someone into something they don’t know they can be. If it not going well, there are chance this sparkling and sweet feeling can change into a traumatic and horror for those unfortunate people. Have you ever heard something like this or experience it yourself? People can commit suicide because of love. They can also commit murder because of this beautiful word of “love”. This “love” does not only convey on loving people but also the love you have for your own self. 



How about it? Do you hate yourself? Do you care and love yourself? Sometimes it’s not about loving people but it about loving, caring on something too, not about feeling sense but affection of valuing self-value too. This caressing verb is about how you love the way you look, your body shape, your speciality and even your weakness. We need to know and understand it because weakness is a thing people want to hide the most as it can be a weapon to our enemy to used it on us. But have you ever heard of weakness can turn into your strength that defend yourself from unwanted scenario. It is hard to love yourself, but when it happened, you will understand and see how much positive things will come after but well we must put this in our mind first. Happiness not last forever but a dose of spirit for you to keep going and living cause we only live once. This is the only chance we go, so let us decorate our book of life with various genre and amazing plot.

There are many ways and solution to create a feeling of affection toward yourself. The first that you can do is try to accept yourself. It is harder than saying. Acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses is the foundation of self-love. Embrace the uniqueness that resides within you. When you accept yourself, you pave the way for a genuine connection with your own being.



Another crucial aspect of caressing self-love is acknowledging the importance of self-care. Just as you would care for a cherished possession, your body and mind deserve the same attention. Engage in activities that nourish your soul, whether it's a quiet walk in nature, indulging in a favourite hobby, or simply taking the time to unwind.
