1. Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Wang kira-Kira Negara (PAC) Dato' Dr Noraini Ahmad telah merumuskan bahawa bayaran balik kutipan cukai GST sebanyak RM19.4 bilion telah dipindahkan ke dana Akaun Hasil Yang Disatukan bagi tujuan perbelanjaan mengurus dan pembangunan.
2. Kenyataan PAC ini sekali gus membuktikan pemimpin utama DAP tidak memiliki integriti dan moral yang baik. Ini boleh dilihat, Lim Guan Eng (LGE) selaku Menteri Kewangan yang acap kali mengulang-ulang, baik dalam Parlimen mahupun dalam ceramah beliau bahawa duit cukai GST RM19.4 bilion telah di 'rompak' dan di salahgunakan oleh kerajaan sebelum ini.

4. Adakah kita rakyat boleh percaya lagi dengan LGE? Selain berbohong kepada rakyat dengan janji Manifesto PH, LGE juga telah mencalarkan imej dan kemuliaan Parlimen dengan jawapan, fakta dan data yang mengelirukan dewan serta tidak menghiraukan saranan pegawai-pegawai kerajaan yang jujur dan telus dalam Kementerian Kewangan.
5. PAS Sarawak menyambut baik tindakan pembangkang kerajaan yang telah membawa usul Peraturan Mesyuarat 36(12) untuk merujuk LGE ke Jawatankuasa Hak dan Kebebasan Parlimen dan kami menyokong laporan Polis yang dibuat oleh Khairy Jamaluddin atas pendedahan laporan inkuari PAC agar suatu hukuman dikenakan atas sikap angkuh dan biadab LGE terhadap institusi tertinggi negara dan rakyat keseluruhannya.

"GST RM19.4B: AFTER LKS, NOW LGE TURN TO MISLEAD PEOPLE"
1. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman, Dato' Dr Noraini Ahmad has concluded that the refund of GST tax collection of RM19.4 billion has been had channeled the money collected through GST into a consolidated revenue account for the purpose of managing and developing expenditure.
2. The PAC's statement proved that DAP's main leader had no integrity and good morals. This can be seen by LGE as the Minister of Finance, frequently both in Parliament and in his talks to the people that the RM19.4 billion GST tax money was 'robbed' and abused by the previouse government.

4. Are we the people going to believe in LGE anymore? Besides lying to the people with the promises of PH's Manifesto, LGE has also scribbled the image and glory of Parliament with answers, facts and data that confuse the council and ignored the advice of the honest and transparent government officials in the Ministry of Finance.
5. PAS Sarawak welcomes opposition action which has brought the Regulation of the Meeting 36 (12) to refer LGE to the Parliamentary Rights and Freedom Committee and we support the police report made by Khairy Jamaluddin on the disclosure of the PAC's incoherent report to impose a penalty on arrogance and ridicule LGE against the nation's highest institutions and the people as a whole.
